Last week I posted about a crafty mishap of mine: a small hedgehog project that took on a life of it’s own. At the very end, everyone had the chance to win the only hedgehog that ended up looking like a hedgehog. It’s time to announce the winner!
I could have used a random number generator like everyone else on the planet when they do giveaways but I’m old school. I like the paper method.

Aww . . . sometimes I have been known to have a craftastrophe myself. It happens to the best of us. I’d love to give your little hedgie/porcupine/whatev little gal a home. I’m not a collector of pincushions, but I ought to be. This seems like a good place to start.
I guess she gets to start her pincushion collection. Awesome.
Apparently it’s also her birthday today. So, you can head over to her place and congratulate her and wish her a Happy Birthday. Be neighborly and all.
I’ve emailed the winner. If I don’t hear back from her within 48 hours, I’ll pick another.

Did you make your nails all fancy just for the drawing? Or maybe just that one nail?

Lol. Nope. I did them the other day after we talked about it.
It has just managed to last this long. I think it’s a miracle.
Hooray Hooray!
I’m so excited to give your little lady a new home.
Y’know I don’t remember seeing that post about a hedgehog. I have a little stuffed hedgehog I got from a really neat little kid who bought it at one of those little Santa stores they set up at school so kids can buy something inexpensive for people. I was people. And it’s the cutest little thing – your pin cushion comes really close … but mine has a sentimental attachment. So – maybe it’s better I didn’t see it. If I had seen it, followed the rules and won it – my other little hedgehog might have felt bad and doubted his little hedgehog worthiness.
Cheers!
I’m bummed I missed it!
